I'm back!!! Sorry I've been away from posting for a while but college has been a little bit hectic and I haven't had as much time to write as I would like, but anyways that's not important now because I bring what is probably my favorite food DIY so far. I think we all remember that delicious cereal made from Oreo and marshmallows that now is only available in Tokyo( like, why is the world so cruel!) well I sure do and, since I miss it so much I decided to look around for ways to recreate it and found this amazing recipe that has now become my favorite for when I need to relieve my childhood with an unnecessary amount of sugar and marshmallows.
Now, the recipe in itself is a bit tedious and long but the results are so amazing that it's really worth it in the end!
For the cereal we will need:
*The original recipe uses 1/4 cup of sugar but I use a bit less, because in my country oreos are extremely sweet, but that is up to you and of how sweet you want your cereal to be.
For the Marshmallow Bits:
Gathering the ingredients was the easy part, now comes the hard work, and probably my favorite part of making this recipe (It's basically cookie dough, but it's so delicious that I really want to eat it before the cereal is ready)
For the marshmallows bits (this step can be made either the same day, or next day when the cereal is ready)
So, there you have it, a perfect bowl of childhood happiness and lots and lots of sugar!
